The online offers I have found claiming to advance money against your tax refund have ended up being cash advance payday loans and lenders offering traditional and bad credit loans that do not fully rely on pending anticipated tax refunds as collateral and repayment. That is not to say it does not exist somewhere or by someone. But as far as I know the online loan process for tax refund loans has not yet been fully developed.
